We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry — to prepare a quote, answer a question, or review a job application. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How it's handled
When you submit a form, the details are delivered to our team by email through a form-processing service (Web3Forms) used only to route your message to our inbox. If a form service key is not configured, the form simply opens your own email app with the details filled in, so your message goes directly to us. Information you send may be stored in our email and business systems as part of normal correspondence and record-keeping.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time — just email info@nw-maintenance.com. Because the forms are the only way we collect information here, you can also simply choose not to submit them and contact us by phone instead.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS and locked down with a strict content-security policy, with no third-party fonts, trackers, or cookies. We take reasonable measures to protect the information you send, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
